By downloading, installing, or using the CoveredProfit mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

We offer a Premium Subscription tier that unlocks advanced features, including unlimited saved calculations and real-time live market data auto-fill. In-app purchases are handled securely through Apple's App Store payment systems. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellations must be managed via your Apple ID Settings page.

5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall CoveredProfit or its developers be liable for any financial losses, capital losses, trading losses, or incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
