CoveredProfit Terms of Service

It does not constitute investment advice, trade recommendations, or endorsement of any asset. All trade scores and outcomes are simulated projections. Users must understand these options dynamics and perform their own independent research, analysis, and due diligence before making any final trading decisions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CoveredProfit mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on mobile devices owned or controlled by you in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App's binaries or scripts.
Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Use the App for any commercial financial advisory purposes without written consent.

3. Market Data and Broker Outages

The App queries live market data and option chains anonymously through secure third-party proxy integrations. You acknowledge that:

Market data feeds may be delayed or unavailable due to market conditions, network interruptions, or third-party service outages.
CoveredProfit has no control over the accuracy, speed, or availability of external market data providers.
The App is a standalone calculator and does not execute trades on your behalf. You must execute all actual trades directly on your personal brokerage platform.

4. Subscription Model

We offer a Premium Subscription tier that unlocks advanced features, including unlimited saved calculations and real-time live market data auto-fill. In-app purchases are handled securely through Apple's App Store payment systems. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellations must be managed via your Apple ID Settings page.

5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall CoveredProfit or its developers be liable for any financial losses, capital losses, trading losses, or incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
