How do I restore my Pro subscription?

If you have previously purchased "FormatFlex Pro" but don't see your premium status, go to the app settings or the paywall screen and tap the "Restore Purchases" button. Ensure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

What file formats are supported?

FormatFlex supports a wide range of formats including PDF, Word (DOC, DOCX), Excel (XLS, XLSX), PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX), Images (JPG, PNG), Text, RTF, HTML, and OpenDocument formats.

Are my files secure?

Yes. Your files are encrypted during upload and are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after conversion. We do not store your documents.

Why did my conversion fail?

Conversions may fail due to corrupted files, unsupported proprietary formats, or server timeouts on very large files. Try checking your internet connection and re-uploading the file. If the problem persists, contact support.
