Risk notice (not a profit guarantee): This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Separately, trading involves risk of loss. Predict does not guarantee profits or successful trades — whether you use alerts, Auto-trade, Home Buy / Sell taps, or any mix. You alone are responsible for trades you place outside this app based on alerts, trades placed when Auto-trade is enabled, and trades Cloud Run places when you tap Buy or Sell on Home. Overview
Predict is an iPhone app plus a Google Cloud Run service. The phone stores your settings locally. When you are signed in, Cloud Run also stores a copy of those settings on your user in Firestore so Auto-trade, Home Buy / Sell, and Protect money use the same rules as Settings.
What we collect
- On device: Kalshi key ID & PEM (iOS Secure Store / Keychain), app settings, trade/alert history.
- Cloud (your user in Firestore): Settings you choose in the app, including Shared Risk limits (max open, trades/day, 15-minute window, daily loss stop), Home Buy tab values (size, minutes, max ask, time in force, chase), Auto-trade tab values (the same size/timing fields plus Protect money), cushions, asset on/off, Auto-trade On/Off, and related flags. Trade and alert records that Cloud Run writes for fills, skips, and settlements.
- Cloud (Secret Manager): If you save Kalshi API credentials, Cloud Run stores the key so it can place Auto-trade, Home Buy / Sell, and Protect money orders. The phone never talks to Kalshi.
- Subscriptions: Apple and RevenueCat process purchase receipts and entitlement status associated with your Apple ID. We do not receive your full card number.
- Support email: If you contact us, we receive the email content you send.
What we do not do
- No advertising trackers
- No sale of personal data
- We do not hold your Kalshi cash. Money stays in your Kalshi account.
Third parties
Kalshi (market data & orders), Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Firestore, Secret Manager), Apple (App Store / subscriptions), and RevenueCat (entitlement validation). Their policies apply to their processing. Predict does not control Kalshi order outcomes or guarantee profitable results from any data shown in the app.
Data retention
Local app data remains until you delete it in-app or uninstall. Cloud user documents, trades, and alerts are retained until you delete the account or they age out of server purge settings. Subscription records are retained by Apple/RevenueCat per their policies.
Trading responsibility (related notice)
Privacy practices do not change trading risk. Home Buy uses the Home Buy Risk tab. Auto-trade uses the Auto-trade tab. Shared limits apply to both. You are solely responsible for taps, Auto-trade, and Protect money, and for any gains or losses. The app owner has no liability for trading losses. Full details: Risk Disclaimer.
