Predict does not guarantee profits or successful trades — whether you use alerts, Auto-trade, Home Buy / Sell taps, or any mix. You alone are responsible for any trades you place, including trades you place yourself outside this app based on Predict alerts, trades placed when you enable Auto-trade, and trades Cloud Run places when you tap Buy or Sell on Home. 1. Service & non-affiliation with Kalshi
Predict is an independent mobile application that helps you monitor Kalshi prediction markets and optionally place trades using your own Kalshi API credentials. Predict is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Kalshi, Inc. You are solely responsible for enabling features, reviewing settings, trading decisions, and all outcomes in your Kalshi account.
2. Not financial advice & no fiduciary duty
Signals, cushions, alerts, auto-trade, Home Buy / Sell taps, protect-sell, and related features are software tools only. They are not investment, trading, legal, or financial advice. Predict is not a broker, investment adviser, or money manager and owes no fiduciary duty to users. Prediction markets are speculative and involve a real risk of loss, including loss of some or all capital you risk.
3. Technical & exchange execution risks
We do not promise, represent, or guarantee that any trade, alert, signal, or strategy will succeed or earn a profit. Past performance does not predict future results.
Automated trading relies on third-party exchange APIs, price feeds, network connectivity, cloud servers, and mobile operating systems. Orders may miss, partial-fill, delay, or fill at prices different from those displayed. We are not responsible for losses caused by Kalshi API downtime, rate limits, execution delays, slippage, market halts, feed errors, device suspensions, or network outages.
Protect Sell & Early Exit Risks: The Protect Sell feature attempts an early exit when signals reverse. We do not guarantee an early exit will execute, prevent losses, or save money. High network traffic, API latency, Kalshi rate limits, thin order book liquidity, wide bid-ask spreads, rapid price gaps, or time decay (theta) near expiry may delay, partial-fill, or prevent early exits, resulting in capital loss.
4. Your responsibility & tax compliance
Alerts: Lean signals and notifications are informational only. Before you place any trade outside this app based on a Predict alert, you must independently review market conditions, prices, size, and risk. Acting on an alert is your decision alone.
Home Buy / Sell: If Home shows Buy or Sell and you tap it, you authorize Cloud Run to place a real Kalshi order now, even if Auto-trade is Off. Home Buy follows Settings → Risk → Home Buy (size, minutes left/elapsed, max entry ask, time in force, chase). Shared account limits (max open, trades/day, 15-minute window, daily loss stop), cushions, and asset on/off apply to both Home Buy and Auto-trade. You remain fully responsible for fills, misses, resting GTC orders, slippage from chase, and losses including loss of the full notional.
Auto-trade & Protect Sell: If you enable Auto-trade or Protect Sell, you authorize the app to place real Kalshi orders under your saved credentials and the Auto-trade Risk tab (including Protect money) when conditions pass. You remain fully responsible for those orders, fills, missed exits, and financial outcomes. Face ID or biometrics may be required to enable Auto-trade; that does not reduce your responsibility.
You are solely responsible for keeping your Kalshi API keys confidential and for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on prediction market gains.
5. Age & jurisdictional eligibility
Predict is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction) and reside in locations where prediction market trading is lawful.
6. Subscriptions
Predict Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple. A configurable free trial (currently 7 days) may be available for new Apple ID subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Apple Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. A paid subscription does not guarantee trading profits or successful trades.
7. Account & reinstalls
Entitlements and free-trial eligibility are tied to your Apple ID via App Store / RevenueCat. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not grant a new free trial if one was already used on that Apple ID.
8. Acceptable use
You must comply with Kalshi’s terms, applicable law, and Apple’s terms. Do not reverse engineer, abuse rate limits, or share private API keys.
9. Limitation of liability & indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predict and its owner/author/operators are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, missed or partial fills, incorrect or delayed signals, outages, bugs, device or network issues, or any other damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app.
By using Predict, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predict, its developers, and operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the application or your Kalshi account activity.
